Removing the entry "started using Facebook for Android." from "Recent Activity"

Removing the entry "started using Facebook for Android." from "Recent
Activity"

How can I remove "started using Facebook for Android." notification. It
doesn't show up when I check the section"Recent Activity" but when I use
the option "view as Public" it shows up. I recently installed the Facebook
application on Android and afterwards this problem started. Does anyone
know how to fix this. Thanks.
