(Relatively) new to Java EE development, should I learn Ant and/or Maven? [on hold]

(Relatively) new to Java EE development, should I learn Ant and/or Maven?

I am fairly new to Java EE development, but not totally new. Recently my
first PrimeFaces+JSF+EJB+JPA application was released, and it's now being
used by a few dozen users on a daily basis.
In the next few months I will need to get more serious with Java EE. Upon
reading documents, watching videos, web searches... I found that many
people use Ant and/or Maven.
However I didn't need to use Ant/Maven at all for my last project.
So my question is: do I need to learn how to use Ant and/or Maven if I get
more serious about Java EE development? Or, can I rely on the IDE
(Netbeans 7.1 or 7.3) to do the job?
