android : Upload Video to static google account using youtube api v3

I want to upload video using YouTube v3 API but for predefined YouTube
account not user account or account on the phone , so how i can get Google
credential Object for the account also i have client secret file but i
read you cant use service account with youtube api
so are there any way to do it ?
